Data deletion

Request deletion of your Mostra account information, creator submissions, or data imported through Instagram.

Request deletion directly

Email Mostra from the address connected to your account. Include your Mostra profile or submission URL and, for Instagram requests, your Instagram username. We may ask you to verify your identity or authority.

What happens next

Disconnecting Instagram removes the active connection and stored access token.
A verified Instagram deletion request removes Instagram-originated submissions, copied thumbnails, verification records, and their published Mostra records.
Manual Mostra submissions and your Mostra account are not removed unless you request that separately.
Limited security, legal, dispute, or backup records may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.
